An optional property address may also be provided. Existing customers can submit service requests describing issues and service locations.

Requests may be stored in our secured business CRM and database and accessed by authorized business personnel. We use service providers for website hosting and, if configured, email notifications.

Texts and payments

Text-message consent is optional. This website does not currently send automated text messages or collect payment-card numbers. If an outside payment provider is added, its secure checkout and applicable privacy terms will govern payment information submitted to that provider.

Retention and requests

We retain inquiry and service records as needed for business operations and applicable recordkeeping requirements. If you wish to ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion where appropriate, contact us by phone or email.
